Learn about the history of this 240-year-old family farm and tour the Old Orchard, Hop Yard, new trellised orchard and apple tree nursery. The tour ends at the Cider Barn for free tastes of their award-winning ciders while discussing the "apple to glass" process of hard cider making.

Chef Charles from the Southwest Virginia Cultural Center & Marketplace will be given a "mystery basket" filled with local produce and meats from Abingdon Farmers Market! He will be given 30 minutes to make a dish, utilizing ALL ingredients within the basket. Once Charles has completed his dish, he will be scored by a panel of local judges.
