Chef Charles from the Southwest Virginia Cultural Center & Marketplace will be given a "mystery basket" filled with local produce and meats from Abingdon Farmers Market! He will be given 30 minutes to make a dish, utilizing ALL ingredients within the basket. Once Chef Parker has completed his dish, he will be scored by a panel of local judges.
