The arboretum at Veterans Memorial Park holds over 60 trees that have been dedicated to U.S. military veterans. This tour will provide the background on how the park came into existence as well as information on many of the unique tree specimens in the park. Kevin Sigmon is a Certified Arborist and has been Abingdon's Town Arborist since 2001.
