After 30 years of documenting hand woven textiles in southern Appalachia, Kathleen Curtis Wilson has a treasure trove of photographs and stories to share. She will present an illustrated lecture showing the talent of the strong, resilient women and men, and the diversity of textiles they produced: coverlets, quilts, rugs, etc. Wilson owned and operated Old Abingdon Weavers for many years.
