The Virginia Highlands Festival is excited to welcome James Beard Foundation award–winning Chef Sean Brock to Barter Theatre's Gilliam Stage on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 for an evening of conversation with friend and Nicewonder Farm Culinary Director, Chef Travis Milton.
Preceded by The New York Times bestseller “Heritage,” Sean released his sophomore cookbook, “SOUTH,” in October 2019. Fresh off his nationwide book tour, Sean will join Travis for what’s sure to be a funny, educational, and enlightening discussion around Appalachian heritage cooking.
Each ticket will include a signed copy of Sean’s book, “SOUTH,” and a photo with him after the talk.
