Description: Kayaking on the lake, a bird walk, a "creek crawl", a talk on mammals, hiking on your own or with a group, swimming in the lake, and a picnic lunch--spend a day at this park near Marion.

Details: Join Hungry Mother's interpreters for a relaxing paddle around the lake. They will discuss the history of the park and point out natural sites around the lake. All equipment is provided. Because there are a limited number of kayaks, please pre-register as described below. Please wear closed-toed shoes. Suited for those 16 and older. Meet at the Dock n' Shop.
